La verdad es que a nivel de móviles considero a Nokia la mejor marca. Ahora tengo el N70 y funciona de perlas.

Antes tenia el Motorola V3 y me funcionaba a la perfección y además el diseño es bastante interesante ya que es muy fino y fácil y cómodo de llevar en el bolsillo. Bueno, al comprármelo con Orange, el primer dia noté que en mi casa la cobertura iba y venia constantemente y no se mantenía “regular” como cualquier otro tipo de teléfono, ya que tengo otros moviles y cogian bien la cobertura sin problemas. Además, se gastaba muy rápidamente la bateria, lo cual en un terminal nuevo es muy raro que pase, ya que no le metia mucho trote (multimedia,juegos…). Llamé al servicio técnico de Orange (470) les expliqué cual era mi problema y la primera vez (llamé dos veces), me comentan que quite y vuelva a poner la tarjeta SIM. Bueno, la verdad no creia que fuera eso, con lo que probé y no funcionó. La segunda vez que llamé me volvieron a comentar eso, además de la solución (para mí bastante irrisoria) que era, llevar a un punto de venta el móvil para que lo resetearan, ya que algunos terminales de fábrica venian defectuosos. Esto son palabras textuales del servicio técnico de Orange. La última opción la tomé como ultimísima y quería probar otras opciones antes de quedarme una semana sin móvil.

Con lo que pregunte a mis amigos, miré foros …etc. Al final descubrí la causa de los dos problemas que tenía: donde vivo no tengo cobertura 3G. Con lo que el móvil rastreaba la red todo el rato y en busca de conectarse a la red 3G. Además el consumo por estar en 3G es bastante elevado que con un canal 2G. Solución: nos vamos a configuración>red>configuración>banda> y seleccionamos 900/1800 Con esto solventamos el problema de la cobertura y del consumo de bateria, ya que con 2G el consumo es bastante menor. Veremos que nuestro móvil, se conecta a la banda 2G o 2,5G en el caso que tengamos. Espero que con esta solución os ayude a los que tengais el mismo problema que he tenido yo.
